Proceed to procedures for obtaining an Login ID by clicking on the "New Users" button at the bottom of this page.

メールアドレスを登録します。

→登録したメールアドレスに専用URLが送信されます。

Register email address.

An email with a link will be sent to the email address you registered.

送信されてきた専用URLにアクセスし、氏名・生年月日・性別・ログインID・パスワードを登録します。

Access the URL that has been sent to you, and register your name, date of birth, sex, Login ID and your password.

「出願マイページ」にログインします。

ログインIDとパスワードを使用してログインできます。

Login to “My Page”.

Login using your registered Login ID and password.

オンラインで入力します Enter information and submit documents online through the Online Application System

「志願者に関する履歴等」「活動報告」「志望理由・入学後の学習計画・自己アピール」「任意提出資料」等を、出願マイページの指定された欄に入力します。

Complete the required fields of the “Online Application Form”, “List of Achievements”, “Personal Statement”, “Optional Materials” etc., indicated on "My Page."

あなたの評価を２名の方に依頼してください Request two evaluators to evaluate you

自分自身で入力するもの以外に、志願者を客観的によく把握し知ることができる立場にある方に、志願者評価ページにて「志願者評価」の入力・提出を行っていただく必要があります。

In addition to the portion to be filled out by the applicant, you will need evaluations from evaluators who knows about you well. The Online Application cannot be completed until the evaluations have been submitted.

提出するボタンをクリックします。

入学検定料を振り込みます。

Payment of Application Fee.

「入学志願票を印刷する」ボタンを押し、入学志願票を印刷します。

Print out the Handwritten Application Form by clicking on the "Print Handwritten Application Form (2 pages)" button.

「宛名ラベルを印刷する」ボタンを押下し、宛名ラベルを印刷します。

Print out the address label by clicking on the "Print Address Label" button.

STEP03-②で印刷した入学志願票および郵送で提出する書類を、郵送書類提出期間を厳守のうえ郵送してください。

(日本国内からの郵送は締切日消印有効、海外からの郵送は締切日必着です。)

Please send the Handwritten Application Form you have printed out at STEP 03-② with other documents submitted by post. Be sure the documents arrive on or before the deadline.

(If sent from within Japan, the envelope must be postmarked on or before the deadline for submitting documents by post. If sent from overseas, the envelope must arrive on or before the deadline for submitting documents by post.)

出願の受理を確認します。

Confirm whether your application has been received.

１次選考の結果が表示されます。

Check the first-round result.

合格の場合、「受験票を印刷する」ボタンを押し、受験票をプリントアウトします。

If you have passed, click on the “Examination Slip” button to print your examination slip.

２次選考当日、プリントアウトした受験票を会場に持参して２次選考を受験してください。

Please bring the examination slip to the venue of the second-round screening and take the interview.

「出願マイページ」にログインします。

２次選考の結果が表示されます。

Check the Final result.

合格者には、入学手続の手順を出願マイページよりお知らせします。

Procedure of enrollment registration will be noticed to the successful applicants.
