We strongly recommend you plan so as to complete your application at least one day before the deadline.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Application Steps

Create an account to start a new application.

You can only create an account during the application period shown above.

Click "Create an account" under "First-time users" on the top or lower part of this page.

Register your email address.

An email with a link will be sent to the email address you registered.

Click the link that has been sent to you, and register your personal details, Login ID, and password.

Enter information and submit documents online—all in English—via the Application System.

Log in to "My Page" with your Login ID and password.

Fill in the required fields in the Application System and upload required materials.

You may save your progress and return later.

Request evaluations from two persons who can assess you objectively. These evaluations are required in addition to the information you provide as the applicant. Your application will not be considered complete until both evaluations are submitted.

Once both evaluations have been submitted and your entry is complete, proceed to 3 below:

Click the "Submit" button.

Pay the application fee.

Under no circumstances will we accept incomplete or late applications, or those not accompanied by full payment of the application fee by the deadline. Furthermore, supplemental application materials will not be accepted after the application period closes, except under special circumstances. Please ensure all required documents are prepared before submitting your application.

Receive your application results.

Log in to "My Page" to view your application results. Enrollment information will be sent by email to successful applicants.

To return to the home page, click "Home" on the dark blue bar at the top of the screen. Do not use your browser's back button. This applies to all pages in the Application System.
