Click the link that has been sent to you, and register your personal details, Login ID, and password. |

Enter information and submit documents online—all in English—via the Application System. |

Log in to "My Page" with your Login ID and password. |

Fill in the required fields in the Application System and upload required materials. You may save your progress and return later. View required fields ** Please note that some of the wording in the actual Application System may differ slightly from what is shown in this image. However, the information you will be asked to provide remains the same. |

Request evaluations from two persons who can assess you objectively. These evaluations are required in addition to the information you provide as the applicant. Your application will not be considered complete until both evaluations are submitted. View more instructions |
Once both evaluations have been submitted and your entry is complete, proceed to 3 below:

Pay the application fee. |

Under no circumstances will we accept incomplete or late applications, or those not accompanied by full payment of the application fee by the deadline. Furthermore, supplemental application materials will not be accepted after the application period closes, except under special circumstances. Please ensure all required documents are prepared before submitting your application.
